We've all done the phone banks, calling people you know nothing of, in places you know nothing of, reading a script that we didn't write, like trying to sell ink cartridges or something. It's valuable, but it doesn't engender community or real discussion, so how could you help?
If you’re an academic, particularly one teaching grad students, we would like to be able to call on you and your grad students occasionally to compile a 1-2 page counter propaganda FACTPACK on a ‘hot-button’ topic.
If you work in the field of adult education, we could use your help in making sure that all the information in these packs is easy to understand and remember.
If you want to help another way, you can help us with printing costs by donating to the Paulding County Democratic Committee (please mark donation FACTPACK) All donations go directly to Paulding County Democrats, Project Blue Dot facilitates donations only.
Donate. For example, printing costs are about $70.00 for 250 high quality stickers. Send a donation to the Paulding County Democratic Committee (mark your donation YANA)
Or get some vinyl sticker paper and make some of your own on your home printer to send to us. Let the people of Northwest Georgia know how you feel.
For example, if you are in the merch business, talk to us about becoming a partner. We'd love to see people drinking out of a Blue Dot mug; we welcome any ideas you may have.

Direct blue county to red county support is probably the biggest ‘bang-for-the-buck’ bargain in retail politics. And you can see exactly where your donation is going, every dime, by following our Twitter feed. NO MONEY GOES TO PROJECT BLUE DOT. Donations are made directly to the Paulding County Democratic Committee. Click here to donate.
Some projects/events that have been funded by donations to date or are in the planning stages for the Midterm Elections are printing/mailing postcards, printing campaign literature highlighting local candidates, providing refreshments at Candidate Forums held in Paulding County for statewide and local candidates, and awarding grants to local candidates to help with campaign expenses. Funds raised by Project Blue Dot have also been used to hold voter registration events, hold pancake parties, produce stickers and fact packs, hold a Volunteer Appreciation Event, and our Crown Jewel Event, Blue '22 Rally and Reception in October. In addition, we are exploring Warrant Clinics to allow people to be able to clear minor legal problems and register to vote as well as giving grants to people to purchase identification that can be used, not only for voting, but for other purposes as well. We hope to bring the Black Voters Matter bus to Paulding County for a visit as well. YOU can be a part of ALL of this by donating here.
Votes are being left on the table in ruby red regions like Paulding County, but picking up those votes will require year-round efforts, and it will have to be done by people who live there. It has to be daily, incremental effort, on a street level, 365 days a year.
